Shipping Time & Methods

Orders generally ship within 2 business days. If an item is backordered or has a longer lead time it will be mentioned in the item description. We offer a variety of shipping methods. The cost and expected delivery time of each method will be listed on the checkout page. Some temperature-sensitive products only ship with expedited shipping methods due to spoilage concerns.

International Shipments

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship products to Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Where possible we submit trade documents electronically to expedite customs clearance. When this is not possible we will include trade documents with the shipment for clearance.

Duties & Taxes

Some countries impose customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or VAT on imported items. As the importer you are responsible for these costs, which will be billed to you directly by the freight carrier. We are unable to give estimates of such costs as they vary dramatically around the world. Please check with your local customs agency to obtain a cost estimate.

We document international shipments with the invoiced price. We will not document them with a lesser price or as a gift for the purposes of avoiding taxes, as this is unlawful.
